I recently saw this idea and thought I just had to give\u00a0it a\u00a0go. Its so simple, yet so stunning. The technique used is called decoupage. You&#8217;ve quite possibly heard of it before &#8211; but if not this is the art\u00a0of decorating objects with paper cut-outs. You can pretty much use any kind of paper and apply it to any type of surface, as long as the surface\u00a0is smooth.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #808080;\">All you need for this project is:<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Decorative Paper\u00a0&#8211; I cut out my letters from some scrapbooking paper with foil accents.<\/li>\n<li>Bottles\u00a0or other objects if you&#8217;d prefer.<\/li>\n<li>Adhesive and Varnish &#8211; Back in the day we&#8217;d use PVA to glue the paper to the object and then once it was dry we&#8217;d varnish\/seal it with polyurethane. But now-days you can by a product that both sticks and seals.
