There is no doubt that DIY food stations have become a hugely popular choice for special occasions around the globe.\u00a0 I must say I’m in love with this\u00a0idea –\u00a0to the point that if\u00a0I’d thought\u00a0of it 10 years ago our wedding would have most likely featured some of the ideas below.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Why are the so popular?\u00a0 I think it comes down to three things: \u00a01)\u00a0They allow simple favourites that are generally easy to make and inexpensive,\u00a0to be served at even the fanciest of\u00a0occasions.\u00a0 2)\u00a0 The way they are presented\u00a0intrigues people, it doesn’t matter who you are. 3) It’s food that entertains, giving guests a shared experience as well as a full belly.<\/p>\n
